Kreaiten is construction management software for specialty trade contractors — the mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, drywall, concrete and other subcontractors who self-perform the work on commercial, institutional and public jobs.
What makes it different is how it is delivered. Kreaiten is not one platform shared by thousands of companies. Each client gets their own complete system, built from a working suite and then changed to fit how that company already runs: its cost codes, its reports, its approval steps, its letterhead.
Who Kreaiten is for
Kreaiten is built for mid-size to large subcontractors who have outgrown spreadsheets but find that off-the-shelf construction software makes them work around it. Typical signs:
- A report gets rebuilt by hand every week because the system can’t produce it.
- The field doesn’t fill out daily reports because the app takes too long on a phone.
- Cost codes were mapped onto someone else’s structure and lost detail on the way.
- The feature you need most has been “on the roadmap” for years.
What’s inside
Every Kreaiten system starts from the same working suite, which covers the job from the bid to the final billing:
- Projects — daily reports, sign-in sheets, JHA and PSI, schedules, RFI and change-order logs, T&M tickets, submittals, inspections, budgets and billings.
- Purchasing — requisitions, purchase orders, subcontracts, quote requests, a company price book, receiving, and PO-to-invoice matching.
- Accounting — accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, WIP reports and a P&L chart of accounts.
- General management — employees, hiring and onboarding, time cards, crew distribution, company documents and tool inventory.
- Safety — weekly toolbox talks, written trainings, crew sign-in, quizzes, incident forms and safety stats.
- Estimating — bid list, GC and developer directory, opportunity research and take-offs.
From there, the build removes what a company doesn’t use and adds what it needs.
Built by contractors
Kreaiten was built in collaboration with real specialty contractors, by construction managers and executives who had the problems themselves — not by software developers guessing at the trade. The screens a foreman, a project manager and a controller use every day were designed by people who have done those jobs.
Your own system, on your own cloud
Each Kreaiten client runs on its own self-standing cloud, unrelated to any other client. Your data is not pooled with anyone else’s, and growing the team doesn’t mean buying more seats every month.
How to try it
Instead of a screen-share with a salesperson, Kreaiten offers a login to a complete working instance with real jobs, crews, purchase orders and daily reports. Request access, use it for twenty minutes, and decide for yourself. Questions go to team@kreaiten.com.
